Whistler Elopements was founded by Tara and Steve in 2020. We've been wedding photographers since 2010, and have always had a passion for capturing the beauty of love and the natural world. As a family-run business, we understand the importance of creating unique and special experiences for our couples.

We are passionate about showcasing the beauty of the Sea-to-Sky corridor, particularly Whistler, Pemberton, and Squamish. Being adventure lovers ourselves, we understand the appeal of eloping in a stunning natural setting, and we're here to help couples create a day that is tailored to their tastes and adventure level. Our approach is less cookie cutter and more custom, with more options for ideas and dreaming.

Love is Love

All of our elopements are designed for couples who are in love. Period. Nature is for everyone and Whistler Elopements is committed to creating meaningful connections with our couples so that we can craft an epic experience perfect for you!

Leave no trace

We're dedicated to getting 'off of the beaten path' to find unique locations for your ceremony, however we will be staying on trails whenever possible and preserving the beauty of nature. The full set of ethics can be found at Leave No Trace Canada. We will talk about it more throughout your planning process, but the basic mentality is simply 'Pack it in, Pack it out!'

Carbon Neutral

Climate change is real. Reducing our carbon emissions, and running our business as 100% carbon neutral is one of our core beliefs. A percentage of every adventure elopement will be used to buy the carbon offsets for the entire experience. Truck fuel, helicopter fuel, and plane fuel will all be compensated for.
